Week 1: Journal Week - Journal your calorie intake.
Week 2: Hydration Nation - Drink 64 oz. water daily.
Week 3: Get Up & Walk- Take 7500 steps daily.
Week 4: Junkfood Boycott - No cookies, candy, chips, etc...
Week 5: Mall Walker - Take 10000 steps daily.
Week 6: Food Pyramid - Eat 5 servings of fruits & veggies daily.
Week 7: Bust A Move: Workout 30 minutes every day. Sweat!
Week 8: Eat Slow: No fast food or eating out.

Midpoint Leaderboard!

Ok, this leaderboard is only for the people that weighed in on the same scale as they did for the beginning weigh in. Five people did not make it, so they will be considered 'unranked' this week - just because the point of this week was to show where everyone stands on the same scale as final weights. Next week, I will add those unranked people back in - so just remember they are out there somewhere when you look at the leaderboard.

No one completed the junk food challenge last week! Oops! So let's just forget that week happened and focus on this week's challenge - which is 10,000 daily steps. To complete the challenge you need to meet this goal five out of seven days. Good luck steppers!
