Congrats to our new leaders! Many people seem to have struggled last week, just remember that we have six weeks left to go! Start fresh this week and hit it hard! Lets shake up the leaderboard again next week!
Week Three Challenge is to walk 7500 steps a day, for at least six days. Any smartphone can be turned into a pedometer with free apps, you can buy a basic pedometer for under $10 at the store, or use your activity device if you have one.
